Self-Exclusion

This page explains how MyStake helps players stay in control. Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a way to earn money or solve financial problems. If you feel your play is becoming a problem, tools and support are available.

Staying in Control

MyStake offers several tools to help manage your gambling activity:

- Deposit limits: Set a maximum amount you can deposit over a day, week or month. - Loss limits: Choose how much you are willing to lose in a set period. - Session time limits: Decide how long you can play in one sitting. - Reality checks: Receive reminders showing how long you have been playing. - Cooling-off periods: Take a short break from gambling for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. - Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account.

All limit reductions take effect straight away. Requests to increase limits are delayed by 24 hours to give you time to reconsider.

Recognising a Problem

It is not always easy to see when gambling has stopped being fun. Warning signs include:, Chasing losses, Lying about how much you gamble, Using money meant for bills or essentials, Feeling restless or irritable when trying to cut down

If any of these sound familiar, it may be time to use one of the tools above or seek help.

Getting Help

Support is free, confidential and available now. In the United Kingdom, you can contact the National Gambling Helpline by calling 0808 8020 133 or visiting their website. You can also sign up for GAMSTOP, the national self-exclusion scheme. GAMSTOP prevents you from using gambling websites and apps licensed in Great Britain for a chosen period: 6 months, 1 year or 5 years.

Protecting Underage Players

MyStake is for adults only. You must be 18 or older to open an account. We verify age and identity during registration and before your first withdrawal. If you share a device with someone under 18, consider installing blocking software such as Net Nanny or Gamban to prevent access.

Account Rules

Only one account per person is allowed. You must provide accurate personal details and live in a permitted location. False information may lead to account closure.

Before you can withdraw winnings, we will ask for documents to confirm your identity, address and payment method. This is standard practice across all UK-licensed operators and helps prevent fraud and money laundering.

Bonuses come with terms: wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry dates and caps on how much you can win. Trying to misuse bonuses, such as opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, will result in the bonus being voided and possibly account restrictions.

Inactive accounts (no logins for 12 months) may be closed. We will contact you before this happens.

Cheating, collusion, using bots or making false chargebacks breaks our rules and may lead to permanent exclusion.

If you have a complaint, contact our support team first. If you remain unhappy, you can escalate the matter to the Gambling Commission.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will notify you by email or via a notice on the site.
